How long does delivery take?
Within Czechia, we aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days, and most arrive within 5–7 working days. International shipping is available, though timescales vary by destination. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you'll know exactly where it is.
Can I return a product?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Products should be unused and in original condition. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. If there's an issue with your order or a product arrives damaged, just let us know right away—we'll make it right.

What makes your soap different from mass-produced brands?
Our cold-process goat-milk soaps are made in small batches and left to cure for weeks, which means they're gentler on skin and last longer in the shower. We use real goat milk, plant oils, and essential oils—no synthetic detergents or harsh chemicals. Each bar is essentially a little work of art.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our goat-milk soap is naturally soothing and works well for many people with sensitive skin, but ingredients do vary across our range. We're happy to chat about what might suit you best—just get in touch.
