Essimply Limited wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning products and requesting refunds. Please review these terms before placing your order.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most products. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the product price. Returns are accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all included materials.

Custom orders, personalised items, and products that have been used or opened are not eligible for return. Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering cannot be refunded.

Return Time Window

The 30-day return window begins on the date you receive your order, not the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your return must be initiated within this 30-day period. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for refund.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item. This allows us to process your return promptly and ensure your refund is issued within our stated timeframe.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be in resaleable condition, meaning they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. If packaging has been opened or the product has been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee.

Items that arrive damaged due to your handling may not be eligible for refund. If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact hello@essimply.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please retain your return tracking number for reference.

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued as a credit to your card. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be returned to the account from which payment was made.

Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable: custom or personalised products, items purchased on final sale, and products that have been used, opened, or damaged through customer misuse. Digital products, downloads, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Essimply Limited reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
