Essimply Limited is committed to delivering your handcrafted products safely and promptly. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, coverage areas, and policies regarding delays and lost packages.
All orders are processed and shipped from our Prague, Czechia location. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of receipt. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not process orders on Czech public holidays.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer standard and express shipping options to Czechia and selected European destinations. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and chosen method. Rates are displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for Czech destinations and 5-7 business days for European orders. Express shipping is available for faster delivery at an additional cost.
Geographic Coverage
We currently ship to all areas of Czechia and to selected countries within the European Union. For Czech addresses, delivery is available to all postcodes including rural areas. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on destination country regulations.

Order Tracking and Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this number to track your package in real time through our shipping partner's tracking system.
We recommend tracking your order to monitor its progress. If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us.
Shipping Delays and Issues
While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we will investigate and provide updates.
If your delivery is delayed significantly, contact us with your tracking number and order details. We will work with our carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage and packaging immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
If your package does not arrive within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, we will investigate and either arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Report missing packages to hello@essimply.com as soon as possible.
